Dr.Dinesh.K, an Anesthesiologist by training , Graduate & Post Graduate from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar. He has an experience of 30 years in UG teaching & 24 years in PG Teaching.
He is a clinician and Anesthesiologist by profession with areas of special interests in Peadiatric Anaesthesia and Ultra Sound Guided Nerve Blocks.
Served as Professor and HOD of Anaesthesiology from June 2013 to Aug 2020.
Chaired Academic Scientific session at International SAARC Anaesthesia CME & Conference held at Bangalore during 2003. Organized Silver Jubilee State Level Anaesthesia CME and Conference at SDUMC, Kolar -2010.
Dr. Dinesh K., as Deputy Medical Superintendent, plays a role in ensuring the hospital's operational efficiency, patient safety, and quality care. Over three decades of medical and academic expertise, he supports the handling of Clinical and administrative services. He is alumnus and first batch student of our prestigious Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Tamaka, Kolar.
His commitment extends to enhancing the quality of clinical care through regular audits and policy adherence. He capitalizes his extensive experience in teaching and participation in national and international academic events to strengthen the hospital’s educational and professional environment. As a resource person and examiner for various state and national universities, his expertise supports training programs that keep staff informed and skilled in the latest medical advancements.
He is committed in serving the community, particularly the underprivileged. This value reflects in his work, as he strives to uphold high standards of patient care while promoting a culture of compassion and excellence. His guidance and interest in organizing conferences and being honoured for community services, showcases his dedication to both the medical profession and the betterment of society.
