Urology department deals with diagnosing and treating various urological problems medically and surgically occurring in males and females all age group. We also deal with male infertility and men’s sexual health.

RLJH is a tertiary health care centre, and in our department , we cater treatment to all kind of urology and Andrology problems. We are providing state of art care in urology department. Mainly including minimal invasive procedure for kidney and ureter calculus, prostate, bladder cancers and reconstruction work. We are also backed by good Nephrology care and ICU care.

Treatments and Procedures

Supra Pubic Cystostomy(SPC)

This is a very common procedure and also an emergency procedure done for urinary retention patient done under all aseptic precautions and local anasethesia usually patient is observed for couple of hours and sent home.

Outpatient Inpatient

Out – Patient Department:days a week from 8.30AM to 4.30PM. Remaining Two days OT days.
The Department conducts Andrology clinic and male Infertility clinic once a week.

Inpatient Care

General ward: Separate male and female urology wards with a bed strength of 20 are available. Special rooms are also available Sharing and single.
