7.00am to 4.30pm (however in case of emergency blood sample collection done at Emergency medical department)

How long should we fast for giving sample for FBS/PPBS?

Atleast 10 hrs duration. Patient should not fast longer than 16hrs before blood test.

Can we give for blood test without prescription for routine investigations?

Yes. In TRF form details should be filled by self in collection centre as walk in patients.

Should we fast for Lipid and Thyroid profile testing?

Yes. 10-12 hrs of fating before blood collection. No food or drinks expect water.
